Fifth Grade Parent Meeting
The parent meeting/open house for Fifth Grade band will be on September 16, 2010 from 4:00-5:30pm in the Middle School Band Room. Meyer Music will be present at the meeting so you can rent instruments.

Here’s the handout that went home on Tuesday, September 7. EVERY fifth grader needs to return it as soon as possible.
Thursday, September 2
Schedule for Thursday night.
Morning – individual practice and preparation.
4:30 – WZZM rehearsal at the high school
4:50 – full band arrival
5:00 – on the high school rehearsal field start promptly!!!
5:45 – done rehearsing, change into uniform
6:20 – Meet outside district administration office (by stadium) in full uniform (includes socks!)
(there is no transportation from the HS to the stadium and back)
We do have a bus for WZZM for those who are going.

Call Time – 9:15am (to change) – In Uniform by 9:30. Busses leave at 9:45am.
Return to HS for uniform check-in at approx. 1:45pm

DON’T FORGET
Black Shoes, Black Socks, all parts of uniform – La Suerte and School Song memorized.

A respectful and disciplined attitude – remember why we have participate in this parade and those who serve in the Coast Guard! No horsing around at all – let’s represent ourselves well to the community!
