October 28 – MCBA Preliminary Finals – Okemos High School 3:30pm – rehearsal (students should bring a sack lunch to eat after rehearsal) 5:20pm – departure time9:16pm – performance 11:45pm – return time (sorry, don’t know why they scheduled it so late at night) Scores and awards will not be given at Prelims. The annual wreath sale starts today. It is a great way to earn some credit toward the next band trip (tentatively Toronto, Canada – 2025) or next summer’s band camp.The order form is attached. Homecoming/Parents Night 2023
The Homecoming Parade is at 6:00pm on Friday.The call time for band members is 5:40pm in uniform by First Baptist Church, across the street from the Library. The uniform room opens at the HS at 4:40pm. Students that have received permission to ride a parade float must make arrangements to get their uniforms. The parade ends at the MS.
